The American Angus Association® and Yamaha Motor Corp, U.S.A announced last week that an all-new 2015 Viking VI – a six-person, side-by-side vehicle – will be given away to a lucky winner at the 2014 Angus Means Business National Convention and Trade Show in Kansas City, Mo., Nov. 4-6.
Better yet, anyone registered for the event prior to July 31 will receive three chances to win per registration. Anyone registering after Aug. 1 will get one chance per registration. Attendees can sign up today at www.angusconvention.com for the early-bird fee of $25.
“The sooner you get registered, the better chances you’ll have of winning this vehicle,” says Becky Terry, director of Creative Media for Angus Productions, Inc.
The drawing will take place at 1 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 6 on the trade show floor. Attendees are encouraged to stay until that time to see if they’ve won. The 2015 Viking VI has a suggested retail value of $13,599, and combines Yamaha Motor Corp, U.S.A performance and durability with the comfort and convenience of a Viking – now with maximum headroom, legroom and shoulder room for six occupants.
“We’re excited to offer this opportunity to attendees of our convention and trade show, and we’re looking forward to working with Yamaha Motor Corp, U.S.A not only to publicize the event, but also to send someone home with this vehicle,” Terry says.
Similar to the three-seat Viking recently introduced by Yamaha Motor Corp, U.S.A, the new Viking VI is made for tough off-road duty boasting Yamaha Motor Corp, U.S.A’s industry-leading Ultramatic™ fully automatic transmission, On-Command® four-wheel drive system and Yamaha Motor Corp, U.S.A’s proven and powerful 700cc-class engine. With 600-pounds hauling and 1,500-pounds towing, Viking VI is made to be the toughest, hardest-working and most off-road-capable six-person side-by-side ever.
The Angus Means Business National Convention and Trade Show takes place at the KCI Expo Center, located just a short distance from Kansas City International Airport. The event includes Association business meetings and board elections, as well as breeder workshops and the all-day Angus University. In addition, the trade show will feature products and services from nearly 100 companies, and include two evening galas with live music and entertainment.
