Case IH proudly unveils new features on its legendary Axial-Flow® combines for 2013, including a redesigned cab and new folding auger with an industry-exclusive pivoting spout option – and they’re part of every Axial-Flow combine model.

Guided by input from producers and customer operators, our engineers have taken the largest and quietest cab for large-model combines and made it into the ultimate operator environment. They have created a true “office in the field” that sets a new industry standard in convenience, comfort and operator ergonomics for longer, more productive days in the field.

Features of the new cab include:

  • A slim Multifunction Propulsion Handle redesigned with all controls in one location
  • An upgraded right-hand console with simple ergonomic controls and an adjustable slide rail to move AFS Pro 700 display, cup holder and office tools
  • Multiple convenient storage locations that feature brushed-chrome styling
  • An iPod plug-in to help operators stay tuned in and connected on the go
  • A training seat that opens to a convenient portable electric refrigerator to keep food and drinks cool and handy
  • Increased seat travel space, which means there’s more leg and foot room – more room to stretch out

Unload Simplified
These new combines are also designed to make on-the-go unload more comfortable and safe as header widths continue to grow. We added two folding auger options: a 28-foot-9-inch auger that folds at a 90-degree angle and a 34-foot auger that folds at a 135-degree angle.

In addition, you can control a pivoting grain spout with the Multifunction Propulsion Handle, adjusting the flow of grain up to 3 feet without changing the speed of the grain cart or combine. In combination with the independent cross-auger control launched last year, you have more flexibility during the challenging grain cart fill process.
