The Stalk Smasher is a tool made to save your tractor tires or tracks from stalk damage from tough cornstalks and chopping corn heads. Farmer input and ideas helped form the design of the Stalk Smasher. It’s a smart investment, selling for about the cost of two front tires.
The Stalk Smasher features a hydraulic system for a full range of adjustments without the hassle of replacing springs, load devices, or poly. With a 5″ square toolbar and a 3-1/2″ diameter solid steel shaft, the Stalk Smasher is wide enough for all tracks and duals. The Stalk Smasher will transfer to a variety of tractors in the field with the proper mounting bracket.
A 3″ hydraulic cylinder controls the lift of the Stalk Smasher, giving a full 14″ of lift for ground clearance. The Smasher bars are free floating. Four heavy-duty greaseable pins allow the bars to move freely over rocks and other obstacles. A gloss black powder-coat finish helps withstand the wear and tear of fieldwork year after year.
The Stalk Smasher was engineered by Ringsted Welding and Fabrication (RWF), a company with 30 years’ experience in designing and manufacturing agricultural equipment.
