Art’s Way Manufacturing has been building manure spreaders for nearly a decade. Adding a twist to the previous vertical beater spreaders, The V Series, Art’s Way recently released a new manure spreader line: The X Series.

With models available in either 18 or 20 foot boxes, the capacity of these units has almost doubled with the new flared sides. These 45 degree flared sides allow you to haul more material at a raster rate than the standard boxes. The X700 model has a heaped cu. ft. capacity of 683 feet, while the X900 model has a heaped capacity of 909 cu. ft.

The reversible apron chain now features a limited lifetime warranty. Your protection is ensured with the dual drive and variable speed. Equipped with solid tube slats, carry 31,000 pounds per chain to maximize your load efficiency. Heavy weight loads are easily handled with the tandem axles.

The X Series spreaders are designed to handle both manure and forage. They are highly resistant to water, the densilite floors can handle the wettest conditions in the field. Optional flotation tires also reduce field compaction during wet conditions.

Featuring a new guillotine style slop gate, you can control the height of your gate to provide a uniform unload. This new gate is hydraulically driven to give you control of your material.

“The tried and true Berma beaters give The X Series a superior spread pattern to the competition” states Izac Roberts, the design engineer. “Using the NT560 scale, you can use GPS readouts to determine how much poundage per acre you are spreading.”
